Have you ever laughed at something so funny so hard that you actually got a cramp? Although the cramp hurts, what you're laughing at is funnier and the fact that you got a cramp is funny so you can't stop laughing. I have and I do it quite often. This video gave me a cramp and I couldn't stop laughing because it was funny.
